LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup may be available for completed orders. You will be contacted when your piece is ready, and the pickup location and instructions will be provided privately.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete.
SHIPPING
Shipping availability and cost depend on the piece’s size, weight, shape, and destination. Shipping charges are calculated separately and confirmed before your order is finalized.
Large, unusually shaped, or delicate pieces may require special packaging or may be available for local pickup only.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Custom production time is separate from carrier delivery time. You will receive an estimated completion window when your order is confirmed. If your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided once the package is accepted by the carrier.
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before your order is sent.
DELIVERY CONCERNS
Inspect your package when it arrives. If there is visible shipping damage, photograph the packaging and the item before discarding any materials, then contact Ash Sew Tuft as soon as possible.
