HOW DO I START A CUSTOM ORDER?
Complete the Start a Custom Order form with your idea, preferred size, colors, intended use, and needed-by date. You’ll receive a response with any follow-up questions, estimated pricing, and availability.
DO YOU CREATE MORE THAN RUGS?
Yes! Ash Sew Tuft creates custom rugs, tufted wall art, mirrors, pillows, accessories, and other statement pieces.
HOW IS PRICING DETERMINED?
Pricing depends on the piece’s size, number of colors, design complexity, materials, pile height, carving, finishing details, and shipping requirements. A personalized quote will be provided before your order is confirmed.
IS PAYMENT REQUIRED BEFORE YOU BEGIN?
Yes. Your quote will explain the required deposit or payment schedule. A production spot is not reserved until the required payment is received.
CAN I SEND A PHOTO OR DESIGN IDEA?
Yes. Inspiration photos, color references, sketches, and room photos are helpful. Additional instructions for sending images will be provided after your request is received.
WILL I APPROVE THE DESIGN FIRST?
Yes. You will review and approve the design direction before production begins. Changes requested after approval may affect the price or completion date.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?
Completion time depends on the project and the current production schedule. You will receive an estimated timeframe before confirming your order.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
Yes, shipping may be available depending on the item’s size and destination. Shipping costs are calculated separately and confirmed before payment.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes. Pickup instructions are provided after the order is completed and ready.
CAN I WASH MY TUFTED PIECE?
Tufted pieces should not be placed in a washing machine or dryer. Please review the Rug Care page for cleaning and maintenance instructions.
